Meet Your Instructor
Kaitlyn is a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher with a Master’s in Social Work, bringing a compassionate, grounded approach to every class and private session. Drawing from both ancient yogic practices and modern mindfulness research, she creates supportive experiences that nurture overall well-being, balance, and connection.
Her teaching ranges from gentle, nervous system-supportive movement to energizing Vinyasa flows, always inviting students to move with intention and care. In private sessions, Kaitlyn works collaboratively and thoughtfully to support your individual goals and create a practice that feels meaningful and accessible to you.
